Consultations
Vastu, astrology, numerology and gemstone guidance is offered for spiritual and reflective purposes and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or structural-engineering advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Bookings are confirmed by email. You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation until the notice period shown when booking.
- Paid sessions cancelled inside the notice period may not be refundable. Sessions we cancel are rescheduled or refunded in full.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST. Shipping is shown at checkout.
- You can pay online through Razorpay or, where offered, by cash on delivery.
- Gemstones and sacred objects are natural, hand-finished products; small variations in colour and form are normal.
Shipping, returns and refunds
- We dispatch within the timeframe shown on the product page; consecrated items may take extra days.
- Because gemstones and consecrated items are personalised, they can be returned only if damaged or incorrect. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
